Recognizing the value of After Sale Service to enable customers to effectively use of our products, we are pleased to provide customers with the following services by Experienced Engineers duly trained from the Manufacturer’s Factory.

1. Installation
To provide customers with services for Installation and checking on functional efficiency of instruments pursuant to standards of the manufacturer’s factory. Installation qualification shall be prepared for customers for use in preparation of supporting documents for certification with standards such as GLP/GMP and ISO.

2. Preventive Maintenance
We are pleased to provide scheduled periodical checks on instrument function efficiency within the warranty period free of charge to ensure customers’ optimal use of such instruments in their fullest capacities.

3. Service Contract
After the warranty period, we are pleased to offer customers with optional services of scheduled periodical checks on instrument function efficiency with reports on such performance. Customers may select one of the services at their own choice.

4. Repairing
We have the service for checking and repairing of damaged instruments at customer’s reasonable cost. A wide variety of spare parts and consumable parts of such instruments are available for services.

5. On-Line Service
We have an On-Line Service for diagnosis of customers’ instrument conditions by linking through the Company’s computer network system for convenience and expeditiousness in problem analysis and effective problem solutions.

Furthermore, Shimadzu has a Technical Service Center at SHIMADZU (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD. in Singapore, and SHIMADZU CORPORATION in Japan to provide customers with services on various aspects.
