The Personal OPLC50 is a stand-alone system comprising
both a pumping station and the separation unit, both controlled
by an electronic keyboard. This system is ideal for parallel
screening of crude sample mixtures. With a fluorescent marker
incorporated directly into the stationary phase for separation,
it is possible to complete identify and isolate almost any
chemical sample without UV-detection system. The system can
be used in either on-line or off-line mode.
The Personal OPLC 50 Chromatograph is a complete system for
performing OPLC separations. It includes the purification
chamber that is used to contain the pressurized stationary
phase. Mobile phase is delivered to the sorbent bed via an
HPLC pump which is integrated into the system and controlled
by it. The sample is spotted before the sorbent bed is placed
in the chamber. The chamber includes a pump to pressurize
