Exhibition "Nano Thailand Symposium 2008"

November 6 – 8, 2008 National Nanotechnology Center (Nanotec) had held Nano Thailand Symposium Exhibition 2008 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Bara Scientific Co., Ltd. had exhibited many machines such as SPM 9600, ED-X 720, HPLC, GCMS, etc. It had interested from the participants, especially SPM 9600. Scanning probe microscope (SPM) is a generic term used to describe a microscope that scans sample surfaces with microscopic probe to provide high-magnification three-dimensional image.

October 31 – November 2, 2008 : the Science society of Thailand under the patronage of His Majesty the King have joined with Faculty of Science, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang had held the Science and Technology for Global Challenges (STT.34) exhibition at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Bara Scientific Co., Ltd. Is the exclusive distributor of Shimadzu in Thailand, there is many high-quality machines were shown in this exhibition such as UV 1800, HPLC, GCMS, FTIR, IPCE 9000, ED-X 720, etc. It had interested from the participants.

November 19, 2008 Bara-Scientific co., ltd had a seminar in the topic of “Updates RoHS / ELV / IEC-62321 and New EDX-GP Launching” at U-Thong Inn hotel in Ayutthaya province in order to offer our customer updated news about RoHS/WEEE/ELV which is useful in the future. This is made the industrial groups in Thailand getting ready for changing; furthermore, there’s opening a newest DE-XRF product which is designed for analyzing toxic that is under Green Product law that it had interested from the participants in the group of Electricals and Electronics industrial and other.

Grand Opening of Bara Scientific Branch
Ayutthaya & Rayong

Bara Scientific Co., Ltd. has recently launched two new branches at Rayaong and Ayutthaya. Mr. Tsuguo Kishida, Managing Director of Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) Pte, Ltd., together with Mr. Phoosak Hiranyatrakul, Executive Director of Bara Scientific Co., Ltd., were kindly being honorary presidents of the opening ceremony.

Shimadzu Bara Technical Center

The Spectacular Grand Opening – Shimadzu Bara Technical Center (SBTC)

Located in Thailand Science Park (TSP), Shimadzu Bara Technical Center is a collaborative project between Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) Pte., Ltd., Bara Scientific Co.,Ltd., and National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). The opening ceremony of the Technical Center was held at Innovation Cluster 1 Building, on March 17th, 2008, with impressive Japanese traditional activities & dances.

Objective of Shimadzu Bara Technical Center is to support Thailand electronic and automotive industry in capability of determining hazardous substance or trace element analysis in electronics and related product in order to comply with existing and up-coming international standard, the RoHS/WEEE and the ELV Directives.

Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) Pte., Ltd. is one of the world’s leading developers and manufactures analytical and inspection instruments established in 1875, 133 years ago in Kyoto, Japan. Shimadzu’s beginning with Thailand was in the late 70s where Japanese turn key projects started.

Bara Scientific Co., Ltd. is one of the affiliated company of Bara Windsor Group which have more than 50 companies for synergy network. The company is exclusive distributor for sales and technical service of Shimadzu product in Thailand for more than 20 years.
